Hi, I’m Kathleen Thomson, founder of ChicKlutter- an organization service built around the belief that thoughtfully curated spaces create a more peaceful, elevated way of living. My passion for helping others began early in life. As the oldest of four daughters, organization, adaptability, and responsibility became second nature to me.

Born in Fishtown, Philadelphia, I became a Bucks County native after moving there at nearly four years old. I graduated from Council Rock High School North while working part-time in healthcare as a dietary aide at Pickering Manor my sophomore year and in a wellness-focused role at Greenstraw my senior year. I attended Loyola University Maryland, where I earned my degree in Business Administration and Management. 

After college, I spent nearly five years living in New York City and Brooklyn, gaining experience across wellness, hospitality, retail, client services, and real estate. In 2019, I earned my 200-hour yoga teaching certification through YogaWorks, further deepening my connection to the wellness industry.

I managed Shape House in DUMBO, overseeing both client relations and day-to-day business operations, including scheduling, and organization. I also worked with ALO Yoga in Flatiron, off of 5th Avenue, where I gained hands-on experience in luxury retail operations, merchandising, customer engagement, and elevated brand presentation.

In 2022, after passing the New York State Real Estate Salesperson licensing exam, I transitioned into assisting agent Julio Fernandez at Preston NY with multifamily properties and apartment rentals, and later supported Leila Yusuf on The Leonard Steinberg Team at Compass. These experiences gave me valuable insight into both rental and sales operations throughout the NYC and Brooklyn markets.

 Returning to Bucks County full-time, I joined Liberty Pointe Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, where I advanced from Guest Services to Director of Guest Services. Supporting residents and families while managing daily operations strengthened my skills in organization, communication, compassion, and problem-solving — qualities that continue to shape the way I serve clients today. At the same time, I continued assisting with operations at KOLA Property Management, where I continue to actively support tenant communication, coordinate maintenance follow-ups, and manage office organization and administrative operations.

In May 2026, I became a licensed real estate agent in the state of Pennsylvania and joined Keller Williams, continuing to grow within the Bucks County real estate industry while expanding ChicKlutter with a focus on intentional living, elevated organization, and personalized service.
